Be At Your Best Handout Series
Be At Your Best Handout Series
$0.00
These hand outs were specifically developed to help individuals in the Family and Juvenile court system keep their brains fed to be at their best. The four handouts included in this series: (1) Be At Your Best, (2) In Court, (3) during Evaluations & Assessments, and (4) at Visits.
These are ideas to help people do better, and to move from their reactive brains into their responsive brains. Research shows that when you don’t eat, you are more likely to be anxious, irritated and say and do things that are not helpful. Eating protein every 2–3 hours during a stressful day keeps nutrients going to your brain so you can stay calm and focused.
