Movement
Movement provides a very clear path for addressing the physiological underpinnings of anxiety and fatigue. We encourage using a metric of increased energy and mental clarity to support your brain and body, regardless of your other goals around movement. When movement is used to improve our daily lives, the practice can be sustained, built on, and enjoyed.
The buttons below connect you to tools that will help you increase your energy and mental clarity. We encourage you to try some movement-based experiments - from as little as 30-seconds to creating 30-day challenges for yourself.
