Depression
Depression and fatigue can be two sides of the same coin. It’s important to rule our all of the causes of fatigue before diagnosing depression. However, this is not often adequately done or returned to after a diagnosis of depressions has been made. On this page, you’ll find all of our resources that relate to depression as well as fatigue and anxiety, as these conditions are often found together.
The buttons below connect you to our best resources that explain how depression and fatigue are connected. We encourage you to try some food-based experiments to keep symptoms of depression and fatigue in check.
